It is normal for the hashrate displayed by the mining pool to differ temporarily from the hashrate shown in the miner's local interface.

The miner usually displays an estimated or short-term device hashrate, while the pool calculates hashrate based on valid shares actually received over a specific period.

Common reasons for a lower pool hashrate include:

  • Short-term hashrate fluctuations.
  • Network latency or unstable internet connectivity.
  • Rejected, stale, or invalid shares.
  • Recently starting or restarting the miner.
  • Incorrect miner frequency, voltage, or overclocking settings.
  • Outdated or incompatible miner firmware.
  • High temperature or hardware performance issues.

After connecting or restarting a miner, allow sufficient time for the pool average to stabilize before comparing the values.

To receive PECPool alerts through Telegram, first open the official PECPool bot:

@pecpoolbot

Send a message to the bot and follow the instructions shown in the PECPool panel to link your Telegram account.

After the connection is completed, you can enable the available alert options from your account notification settings. Depending on the selected settings, alerts may include hashrate drops, miner or worker issues, and important account or platform events.

Always verify that you are communicating with the official PECPool Telegram bot before following any instructions.

Rejected shares are mining results that are not accepted by the pool. A small number of rejected or stale shares may occur normally, but a consistently high rejection rate should be investigated.

Common causes include:

  • High network latency between the miner and the selected pool server.
  • Unstable internet connectivity or packet loss.
  • Using a stratum server that is not optimal for your location.
  • Incorrect overclocking, frequency, or voltage settings.
  • Outdated or unstable miner firmware.
  • Frequent miner disconnections or restarts.

To reduce rejected shares:

  • Test the available PECPool stratum addresses and use the server with the lowest and most stable latency.
  • Check the miner's network connection and packet loss.
  • Review the miner logs for hardware or pool connection errors.
  • Return aggressive overclocking settings to a stable configuration.
  • Restart the miner and network equipment if the connection remains unstable.

If the rejection rate remains high, contact PECPool support and provide the account name, worker name, miner model, and relevant miner logs.

A worker may appear offline or inactive even while the miner is powered on if the pool is not receiving valid shares from that worker.

Check the following items:

  • Confirm that the PECPool stratum URL, account name, worker name, and password are entered correctly.
  • Make sure the miner is connected to the internet and can reach the selected pool server.
  • Review the miner status page and logs for pool connection, DNS, authentication, or hardware errors.
  • Confirm that the miner is actively hashing and is not idle, overheating, or repeatedly restarting.
  • Wait approximately 10 to 20 minutes after connecting or restarting the miner for the worker status to update.

If the miner continues to submit shares but the worker still appears offline, contact PECPool support and provide the account name, worker name, miner model, and a screenshot of the miner's pool status.

Bitcoin mining earnings are variable and may increase or decrease over time. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the miner or the pool.

Mining earnings can be affected by:

  • Your effective hashrate and miner uptime.
  • Bitcoin network difficulty adjustments.
  • Accepted, rejected, and stale shares.
  • Bitcoin block rewards and transaction fees.
  • The selected payout method and pool fee.
  • Network latency and connection stability.
  • Miner temperature, hardware condition, and performance settings.

Short-term earnings may fluctuate, so performance should normally be reviewed over a longer period rather than using only a few minutes or hours of data.

PECPool account balances are normally updated once per day between 12:00 and 18:00 UTC.

The exact update time may vary depending on accounting processing, mining data availability, network conditions, and operational requirements.

The estimated earnings shown in charts or statistics may change before the final amount is added to the account balance.

Automatic payouts are processed when the account balance reaches the automatic payout threshold of 0.001 BTC. The payout is sent to the confirmed Bitcoin wallet address registered on the account.

A manual payout request may be submitted when the available balance reaches at least 0.0001 BTC, subject to the applicable security and processing requirements.

Manual payout requests may require two-factor authentication and additional verification before processing.

Yes. A Bitcoin wallet address must be confirmed before it can be used for payouts.

Wallet confirmation helps protect the account against unauthorized changes and accidental payouts to an incorrect address.

Always verify the complete wallet address and Bitcoin network before confirming it. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network.

Two-factor authentication is required for sensitive account operations, including certain manual payout requests and transfers to external wallet addresses.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication even when it is not mandatory, because it provides an additional layer of protection if the account password or email account is compromised.

To connect a Bitcoin miner to PECPool:

  1. Sign in to your PECPool account.
  2. Open the mining or account configuration section.
  3. Copy the recommended PECPool Bitcoin stratum addresses.
  4. Enter the stratum addresses in the pool configuration of your miner.
  5. Enter your PECPool account and worker name in the required worker field.
  6. Save the settings and restart the miner if required.

After the miner begins submitting valid shares, the worker should normally appear in the panel within approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

A worker name identifies an individual miner or mining device under your PECPool account.

Using a unique worker name for each miner makes it easier to monitor hashrate, uptime, performance, and connection issues separately.

The worker information is normally entered in the miner using the format provided in the PECPool panel. Do not use the same worker name for multiple miners unless specifically instructed.

Watch Links allow you to create a secure view-only link for selected PECPool accounts.

A Watch Link can be used to share mining statistics with team members, farm owners, customers, or other authorized viewers without sharing your PECPool username or password.

You can select which accounts and information are included, and you can disable the Watch Link at any time.

Yes. The PECPool panel is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can be installed on supported Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, and desktop browsers.

After installation, PECPool can be opened from the device home screen or application menu and used in a standalone application-style window.

No app store download is required.

The official PEC domains are:

  • pecservers.com
  • pecmine.com
  • pecpool.com

Always verify the domain before entering account credentials, wallet information, authentication codes, or other sensitive information.

PECPool will never ask you to share your password or two-factor authentication code through unofficial websites or private messages.

No. PECPool provides Bitcoin mining pool, monitoring, miner management, payout, and related technical services.

PECPool does not offer investment plans, guaranteed returns, cryptocurrency trading, interest-bearing accounts, or guaranteed-profit cloud mining contracts.

Bitcoin mining income is variable and depends on hashrate, miner uptime, network difficulty, accepted shares, pool fees, Bitcoin network conditions, and other operational factors.
