Welcome to PECPool. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PECPool websites, Bitcoin mining pool, user panel, miner monitoring and management tools, APIs, notifications, Watch Links, Progressive Web App, payout services, and related features.

By creating an account, connecting mining equipment, accessing the user panel, using an API, or otherwise using PECPool services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use PECPool services.

1. Definitions
  • “PECPool,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the independently operated PECPool Bitcoin mining platform and its operators.

  • “Accepted Share” refers to a valid mining share received and accepted by PECPool according to the applicable mining and validation rules.
  • “Payout” refers to a Bitcoin transaction processed from an eligible PECPool account balance to a confirmed wallet address.
2. Current Operating Structure

PECPool is currently operated as an independent Bitcoin mining operation and technology platform. It is not presently operated by a separately incorporated company under the PEC Group name.

The establishment of a formal corporate and operational structure under the PEC Group brand is part of PECPool’s future development plans.

3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

By using PECPool, you represent and confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You are legally permitted to use Bitcoin mining and related services in your location.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.
  • If you use PECPool on behalf of another person or organization, you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for determining and complying with any tax, licensing, reporting, import, energy, telecommunications, or cryptocurrency requirements that apply to your mining activities.

PECPool does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice.

4. Account Registration and Information
  • Certain Services require a registered and verified PECPool account.
  • You must provide accurate and current registration information.
  • You must use an email address that you control and can securely access.
  • You may not create an account using false, misleading, impersonated, or unauthorized information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
  • PECPool may require email verification or additional verification before allowing access to sensitive features.

Usernames and mining account identifiers may be registered within pool infrastructure and may not always be changeable after creation.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting:

  • Your account password.
  • Your email account.
  • Your two-factor authentication device and recovery information.
  • Your API key and API secret.
  • Your active sessions and connected devices.
  • Your miner and worker configuration.
  • Your Bitcoin wallet addresses.

You must not share passwords, authentication codes, API secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials with any other person.

You must notify PECPool support promptly if you believe that your account, email address, API credentials, wallet settings, or authentication information has been compromised.

PECPool may temporarily restrict sensitive operations, require additional verification, terminate active sessions, or suspend an account when suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

6. Bitcoin Mining Services

By connecting mining equipment to PECPool, you authorize PECPool to:

  • Provide mining work to your connected miners.
  • Receive and validate submitted shares.
  • Measure effective hashrate based on accepted mining activity.
  • Calculate rewards according to the applicable payment method.
  • Deduct published pool fees.
  • Credit eligible rewards to your PECPool account balance.
  • Process eligible payouts to your confirmed Bitcoin wallet address.

PECPool currently uses the published reward calculation method shown on its website, panel, or FAQ pages. The reward calculation method, fee, minimum payout amount, payout process, and operational rules may be updated from time to time.

Mining calculations may consider factors including:

  • Accepted and rejected shares.
  • Effective hashrate.
  • Bitcoin network difficulty.
  • Block rewards and transaction fees.
  • The applicable pool fee.
  • Mining and accounting periods.
  • Other technical factors relevant to the selected payment method.
7. Mining Estimates and Earnings

Charts, dashboards, calculators, daily estimates, and projected earnings are provided for informational and operational purposes. They are not guaranteed final balances.

Actual mining rewards may vary because of:

  • Hashrate fluctuations.
  • Miner downtime.
  • Rejected or stale shares.
  • Network latency.
  • Bitcoin network difficulty changes.
  • Block rewards and transaction fees.
  • Accounting adjustments.
  • Hardware, firmware, network, or configuration issues.

PECPool does not guarantee any specific level of income, profitability, return, or mining result.

8. Pool Fees

The standard PECPool mining fee is currently 2.5%, unless another fee has been specifically assigned to an eligible account or published for a particular service.

The pool fee is deducted as part of the mining reward calculation. Other services or payout methods may be subject to separately disclosed fees or Bitcoin network transaction costs.

PECPool may update fees when operationally necessary. Material fee changes will be published through the website, user panel, official announcements, or another appropriate communication channel before or when they take effect.

9. Account Balances

Account balances are calculated from recorded PECPool mining and accounting data. The balance displayed in the user panel may be updated according to the published accounting schedule and may not change immediately after every submitted share.

Estimated earnings, pending rewards, confirmed balances, and payable balances may be displayed separately and should not be treated as interchangeable.

If a calculation, display, duplication, software, database, or accounting error occurs, PECPool may correct the affected balance or record to reflect the underlying valid mining data.

A displayed balance created by an obvious technical or accounting error does not create an entitlement to funds that were not actually earned.

10. Payout Thresholds and Processing

The currently published minimum payout amounts are:

  • Automatic payout: 0.001 BTC.
  • Manual payout request: 0.0001 BTC.

To qualify for a payout:

  • The account must meet the applicable minimum payout threshold.
  • The destination Bitcoin wallet address must be confirmed.
  • The account must not be subject to a security restriction or unresolved review.
  • Any required two-factor authentication or verification must be completed.

Payouts are normally processed during the payout periods published on the PECPool website, panel, or FAQ pages. Published times are operational estimates and not guaranteed transaction completion times.

Payouts may be delayed because of:

  • Bitcoin network congestion.
  • Wallet maintenance.
  • Security reviews.
  • Incorrect or unconfirmed wallet information.
  • Insufficient eligible balance.
  • Technical incidents.
  • Legal or operational requirements.
11. Bitcoin Wallet Addresses

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and compatible Bitcoin wallet address.

Before confirming a wallet address, you must verify:

  • The complete wallet address.
  • That the destination supports Bitcoin.
  • That the address is intended for transactions on the Bitcoin network.
  • That you control the address or are authorized to use it.

Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible after they are broadcast to the network. PECPool cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect, incompatible, expired, unauthorized, or inaccessible wallet address.

PECPool may impose confirmation delays, security checks, payout restrictions, or temporary holds after a wallet address is added or changed.

12. Bitcoin Network Transactions

PECPool does not control the Bitcoin network, miners outside PECPool, blockchain confirmation times, transaction propagation, network fees, forks, congestion, or independent blockchain services.

A payout shown as processed may require additional time to receive blockchain confirmations.

Transaction identifiers and wallet addresses may be publicly visible on the Bitcoin blockchain.

13. Miner Monitoring and Management

PECPool may provide monitoring and remote management functions for compatible equipment, including:

  • Miner status monitoring.
  • Hashrate and worker monitoring.
  • Temperature and power-status monitoring.
  • Alerts and notifications.
  • Remote restart or reboot commands.
  • Power-control commands.
  • Pool configuration changes.
  • Automation rules and scheduled actions.

You are responsible for confirming that your equipment, hosting provider, electrical infrastructure, network, firmware, and operational environment support the requested action.

Remote commands may fail, be delayed, be duplicated, or produce unexpected results because of device, firmware, network, electricity, software, or configuration conditions.

You must not use miner management functions in a way that:

  • Creates an electrical, fire, hardware, safety, or operational risk.
  • Violates a hosting or equipment agreement.
  • Accesses equipment without authorization.
  • Damages or disrupts another person’s property or service.
14. Alerts and Notifications

Alerts, emails, Telegram notifications, browser notifications, and monitoring messages are provided as operational assistance. They are not guaranteed to be delivered immediately or in every circumstance.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Internet connectivity.
  • Browser or device settings.
  • Email filtering.
  • Telegram availability.
  • Notification permissions.
  • Service-provider limitations.
  • Temporary platform incidents.

You remain responsible for directly monitoring important mining equipment and operations.

15. Watch Links

PECPool may allow you to create view-only Watch Links for selected mining accounts or information.

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the information made visible through a Watch Link.
  • Sharing the link only with authorized persons.
  • Disabling a link when it is no longer required.
  • Protecting the link from unintended disclosure.

Anyone who obtains an active Watch Link may be able to view the information included in that link. PECPool is not responsible for access resulting from your voluntary or accidental sharing of an active Watch Link.

16. API Access

PECPool may provide API access for approved accounts, farms, or integrations.

When using the API, you agree to:

  • Keep API keys and secrets confidential.
  • Follow the published authentication and signing requirements.
  • Respect rate limits and technical restrictions.
  • Use the API only for authorized PECPool accounts and operations.
  • Not attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage restrictions.
  • Promptly revoke or replace credentials that may have been exposed.

PECPool may restrict, rotate, suspend, or revoke API access when required for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or violation of these Terms.

17. Progressive Web App and Device Access

PECPool may be installed as a Progressive Web App on supported browsers and devices. Availability and behavior may vary by operating system, browser, device manufacturer, browser permissions, and platform updates.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of devices on which PECPool is installed or accessed.

18. Third-Party Services

PECPool may interact with or link to third-party services such as:

  • Bitcoin wallets and exchanges.
  • Blockchain explorers.
  • Email providers.
  • Telegram and social networks.
  • Browser notification providers.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Third-party miner firmware or hardware systems.

PECPool does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy, security, fees, performance, or actions of independent third-party services.

19. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Use PECPool for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
  • Connect mining equipment that you do not own or have permission to operate.
  • Submit false, manipulated, duplicated, replayed, invalid, or fraudulent shares.
  • Attempt to manipulate reward calculations, accounting records, balances, payout rules, or referral systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, miner, wallet, API, server, database, or system.
  • Probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, overload, attack, disrupt, or bypass PECPool security controls.
  • Distribute malware, unauthorized firmware, scripts, exploits, spam, or harmful content through the Services.
  • Use automated tools in a way that violates published rate limits or disrupts platform operation.
  • Impersonate PECPool, PECMine, PECServers, their operators, support personnel, or another user.
  • Misrepresent an unofficial website, account, bot, channel, or service as an official PEC service.
  • Use the Services in violation of applicable sanctions, export restrictions, court orders, or legal prohibitions.
20. Protected Names and Brand Use

You may not use the names, marks, identities, or confusingly similar variations of:

  • PECPool
  • PECMine
  • PECServers
  • PEC Group

in a username, mining account, worker name, display name, domain, business identity, bot, channel, application, product, or service in a way that falsely suggests authorization, affiliation, ownership, endorsement, or official status.

Prior written authorization is required for official or commercial brand use.

21. Investigation of Abuse and Fraud

PECPool may investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized access, share manipulation, payout abuse, account compromise, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

During an investigation, PECPool may:

  • Temporarily restrict account access.
  • Disable withdrawals or wallet changes.
  • Revoke sessions or API credentials.
  • Request additional verification.
  • Preserve relevant records.
  • Correct fraudulent or erroneous balances.
  • Reject or reverse an internal transaction that has not been broadcast to the Bitcoin network.

Nothing in this section allows PECPool to reverse a Bitcoin transaction that has already been validly broadcast to the Bitcoin network.

22. Service Availability and Maintenance

PECPool aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

Services may be interrupted, restricted, delayed, or unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Hardware, software, network, electricity, or database failures.
  • Internet routing problems.
  • Cloud or hosting-provider incidents.
  • Cyberattacks or denial-of-service events.
  • Bitcoin network conditions.
  • Force majeure or events outside reasonable control.
  • Security or legal requirements.

PECPool may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

23. No Investment or Guaranteed-Return Service

PECPool provides Bitcoin mining pool, monitoring, miner management, payout, and related technical services.

PECPool does not offer:

  • Investment plans.
  • Guaranteed profits or returns.
  • Interest-bearing accounts.
  • Cryptocurrency trading or brokerage.
  • Asset management.
  • Guaranteed-return cloud mining contracts.

Bitcoin mining involves operational, technical, economic, market, regulatory, and network risks.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PECPool and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

PECPool does not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free service.
  • A specific hashrate, reward, payout, profit, or return.
  • Compatibility with every miner, firmware, browser, device, wallet, or third-party system.
  • That every alert or notification will be delivered.
  • That all errors or security threats can be prevented.
  • That estimated earnings will equal final credited balances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PECPool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, including:

  • Loss of expected mining income.
  • Loss of business opportunity.
  • Loss of data.
  • Loss caused by miner downtime.
  • Loss resulting from network interruption.
  • Loss caused by incorrect wallet information.
  • Loss caused by unauthorized account access resulting from compromised user credentials.
  • Hardware damage caused by unsupported, unsafe, or incorrectly configured remote-management actions.
  • Loss arising from third-party wallets, exchanges, firmware, hosting providers, networks, or services.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, PECPool’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the pool or service fees actually retained by PECPool from the affected User during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

26. User Responsibility and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, costs, or damages resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful or unauthorized mining activity.
  • Your misuse of miner management functions.
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Your use of equipment, wallet addresses, accounts, or API credentials without authorization.
  • False or misleading information provided by you.
27. Suspension and Termination

PECPool may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraud or abuse.
  • Unauthorized access or account compromise.
  • Security or infrastructure risks.
  • False or misleading registration information.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Prolonged inactivity where account cleanup is necessary.
  • Misuse of the PECPool brand or official identity.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, PECPool may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate restrictions may be applied when required to protect users, funds, infrastructure, or security.

Termination does not remove obligations, liabilities, investigations, security records, or payout restrictions that arose before termination.

28. Account Closure

You may request account closure through the available account or support process.

Before closing an account, PECPool may require:

  • Account ownership verification.
  • Resolution of any pending payout.
  • Resolution of security restrictions or disputes.
  • Confirmation that connected miners and API integrations have been removed.

Account closure does not guarantee immediate deletion of all accounting, payout, blockchain, security, or legally required records. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

29. Changes to the Services

PECPool may update or modify:

  • Mining infrastructure.
  • Reward calculation methods.
  • Fees.
  • Payout thresholds and schedules.
  • Monitoring features.
  • API requirements.
  • Security controls.
  • Supported devices or browsers.

Material changes will be communicated through the website, user panel, email, or official PECPool announcements where reasonably appropriate.

30. Changes to These Terms

PECPool may update these Terms to reflect changes to Services, technology, security, operational processes, or applicable requirements.

The revised Terms will be published with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, user panel, email, or official announcements.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

31. Privacy

Information collected through PECPool is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

By using features such as Watch Links, APIs, Telegram alerts, browser notifications, or external integrations, you understand that information may be transmitted or made visible according to the settings you select.

32. Communications and Notices

PECPool may provide operational, security, legal, payout, or service notices through:

  • The PECPool website.
  • The user panel.
  • The email address registered on your account.
  • Browser notifications.
  • Telegram notifications.
  • Official PECPool announcements.

You are responsible for keeping your email address current and reviewing important account and service notifications.

33. Official Domains and Anti-Phishing

The primary official PEC domains are:

  • pecservers.com
  • pecmine.com
  • pecpool.com

Always verify the domain before entering account credentials, Bitcoin wallet information, API credentials, or authentication codes.

PECPool will never ask you to provide a password, private key, wallet seed phrase, or two-factor authentication code through an unofficial website or unsolicited private message.

34. Governing Rules and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer, privacy, contractual, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or restricted.

If a specific provision is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

35. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a formal claim, you should contact PECPool support and provide sufficient information for the issue to be investigated.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and technical or accounting review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the applicable forum, procedure, and law will be determined according to the mandatory laws and jurisdictional rules that apply to the User, the operator, and the relevant transaction.

36. No Waiver

A failure or delay by PECPool in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specifically published service, payout, API, fee, or security rules, form the agreement governing your use of PECPool.

38. Contact

For questions about these Terms, account issues, payouts, or the Services, contact PECPool through the official support system or:

Email: support@pecmine.com

Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or two-factor authentication codes in support messages.
