PECPool users can now receive improved browser and Telegram notifications for hashrate drops, worker issues, account events, support updates, and other important mining activity.
PECPool has expanded its notification and hashrate alert system to help users identify mining issues and important account events more quickly.
The updated notification features provide clearer alerts through supported browser notifications, the PECPool panel, email-related workflows, and the official PECPool Telegram bot.
Hashrate Drop Alerts
Users can enable hashrate alerts to receive notifications when mining performance falls below the expected level.
The alert system is designed to distinguish between different levels of hashrate reduction, including:
- Gradual hashrate decline
- Severe or sudden hashrate decline
Alert processing considers recent mining data and account activity to reduce unnecessary notifications caused by temporary share timing or short-term fluctuations.
Worker and Miner Monitoring
Depending on the enabled features and notification settings, PECPool may provide alerts relating to:
- Hashrate reduction
- Inactive or offline workers
- Miner monitoring events
- Temperature or performance issues
- Configuration problems
- Power or connectivity interruptions
Browser Push Notifications
Supported browsers can receive PECPool push notifications after the user grants notification permission and enables the relevant notification types.
Browser notifications can be received even when the user is not actively viewing the PECPool dashboard, subject to browser, device, and operating-system limitations.
Telegram Alerts
Users can connect their PECPool account to the official Telegram bot:
@pecpoolbot
After linking the account, available mining and account alerts can be delivered through Telegram according to the user's notification settings.
Support and Account Notifications
The PECPool notification system may also notify users about important support and account events, including:
- New support-ticket replies
- Ticket status changes
- Important platform announcements
- Relevant payout or wallet events
- Security-related account activity
Notification Controls
Users can manage supported notification types from the PECPool panel. Some notifications may require:
- An active browser push subscription
- Browser notification permission
- A linked Telegram account
- The relevant alert type to be enabled
- An active mining account or worker
Reducing Duplicate Alerts
PECPool uses notification history and event controls to reduce repeated alerts for the same mining condition.
The system is designed to notify users about meaningful changes without repeatedly sending the same message while the same condition remains active.
Important Notice
Notifications are provided as an operational assistance feature and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable because of internet connectivity, browser restrictions, Telegram availability, device settings, or third-party service limitations.
Users managing critical mining infrastructure should continue to use direct monitoring and operational procedures in addition to automated alerts.
The improved notification system helps PECPool users respond more quickly to mining performance changes and important account events.
